Quick answer

Fill in the form on this page with your destination, dates, group, must-dos, and budget, or paste your plan. Convika's AI builds a mobile itinerary page and shows a preview that opens for 3 minutes. Register to keep it, publish, and send your group one link or QR code. They need no account.

Make an itinerary for your trip

Convika's AI makes your trip itinerary from what you write about the trip.

Add where, when, who's going, and what you enjoy.

You don't need an account to try it. The preview is for you to check, and it works for 3 minutes once it's ready. Sign up free to keep it and share it.

On this page

Write one request in the form above, or paste a plan you already have. Convika's AI turns it into an itinerary page laid out day by day for phones. You check the preview, register to keep the page, choose who can open it, and publish. Your group then opens one link or QR code, with no account. Start your request.

What to write in the request

Name the destination, the dates or trip length, who's going, the must-dos, and your budget, or paste a plan you already have. For example:

Taipei, Friday to Sunday, 3 days, 4 friends from college.
Must-dos: a night market, a day trip to Jiufen, a tea house.
Budget: mid-range; street food over fine dining.
Hotel: near Zhongshan station, already booked.
We meet in the hotel lobby each morning.
Add a packing list and a rain plan for each day.
Mark any opening hours or transit I didn't give you as "to check".

The last line makes the AI flag what it filled in on its own. Still choosing the route? Plan the trip with AI first, then bring the result here.

Check the draft before you share it

Everything the AI adds is a draft. Its opening hours, train lines, and travel times are suggestions, and Convika doesn't book anything or check your reservations. Read the preview with your bookings open:

  • Days and times: in order, with nothing planned before you arrive or after you leave.
  • Meeting points: places everyone can find, like the hotel lobby.
  • Transport and hours: confirmed on each operator's and venue's own site.
  • Hotel: the name and address match your confirmation.
  • Map links: each one opens the right place, not a namesake across town.
  • Packing and rain plan: suited to this trip and season.

To agree on the trip's priorities and pace, set fixed anchors with buffers, and keep one shared plan, use the travel planning checklist.

Make a travel itinerary page in 4 steps

1. Send the request

Type or paste your trip into the form at the top of this page and send it. The AI builds the page on the travel itinerary template.

2. Preview and keep the page

The preview opens for 3 minutes from the moment it's ready. It's for you to check, not a link to send yet. When that time is up, the preview link stops opening. While the keep button in the same form is still available, register there to keep the same page in your account.

3. Choose who can open it and publish

When the itinerary is ready, open the page in your dashboard and click Publish page. Under Who can open this page?, choose Public, Private link, or Only people with the password, then click Next. For your first Public publish, the next screen offers Publish free as the main button, which publishes the page right away with the Convika bar. Pro appears as a separate choice, and the Pro order sheet opens only if you pick it. For your first Private link or password publish, Next opens the Pro order sheet directly, and the page goes live with the access you chose once Pro starts.

4. Send one link or QR code

Post the page's address or its QR code in the group chat and pin it. Everyone opens it in a phone browser, with no account.

Keep one address as plans change

The page keeps its address. When plans move, ask Convika's AI for the change ("swap Saturday and Sunday"), check it, and publish again. The link and QR code your group already has open the new version. The shared link is for viewing, so have the group send changes in the group chat; you apply them and publish again.

If you plan in Claude or Codex, connect Convika over MCP: your AI can create the itinerary page from the chat, update it when plans change, and publish it when you explicitly ask. Check the page first, then tell the AI to publish.

Public on Free, or private on Pro

Free suits a general day plan anyone could read: the route, sights, food stops, rain plan, and packing list. On Free, pages are Public, so search engines and Convika's gallery may show them. Leave off phone numbers, room numbers, and booking details. Free needs no card and includes 1 published page, 10,000 page views a month, and 10 AI credits, given once, for creating and editing. The page shows the Convika bar.

Put the detailed version, with the hotel, meeting times, and flights, on Pro. Private link keeps the page out of search and the gallery, but anyone holding the URL can open it, forwarded links included. Only people with the password adds a password; send it to the group separately from the link. Neither ties the page to named people: anyone with the link can open a Private link page, and anyone with the password can open a password page. It's safest to leave booking references and passport details off shared pages.

Pro's card trial

Before you travel, use your Pro trial to try sharing by private link or password, and check that your travel companions can open the itinerary on their phones.

If your workspace qualifies, its first Pro subscription starts with the card trial: free for 1 day with a card on file, then $12 a month on the monthly plan unless you cancel. The order sheet shows whether you qualify, when the trial ends, and what is charged after it. If you cancel and Pro ends, private-link and password pages go offline. They never turn Public, and they stay in your account. If your group needs the page during the trip, keep Pro until you're home.

Questions about itinerary pages

Does everyone in the group need a Convika account?

No. Only the person who keeps and publishes the page registers. Everyone else opens the link in a phone browser and, on a password page, types the password you sent.

What if the preview runs out before I register?

The preview link stops opening, but the page isn't lost at that moment. While the keep button in the same form is still available, register there and the same page is kept in your account.

Can the group edit the itinerary together?

The shared link is for viewing. Have the group send changes in the group chat; you apply them and publish again, and everyone sees the new version at the same link.

Does the page open without a signal?

Don't count on it. The page loads over the internet like any website, and Convika doesn't promise offline access. Before a flight or a stretch without data, screenshot the day you need, and keep tickets in the apps that issued them.

Give your group one link for the whole trip

Describe the trip or paste your plan. Convika's AI builds a phone-sized itinerary page you can update at the same address.
