When to expect a reply

There's no guaranteed response time. Convika is run from Japan, so replies arrive during the Japanese working day (JST, UTC+9). Published pages keep serving while you wait, even if the dashboard or the MCP server is down.

What to include

With these details, the first reply can go straight to a fix:

  • The email address you sign in to Convika with
  • The page's URL or site name, if the problem is with a page
  • Your AI client (Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, or another) and what you asked it to do
  • The exact error message or code, such as site_limit_reached, and when it happened, with your time zone
  • A screenshot, if you have one

Never send a password or a full card number. Convika never asks for either by email.

Common questions

How do I connect Convika to Claude?

In Claude's settings, open Customize → Connectors, click + → Add custom connector, and enter https://mcp.convika.com as the server URL. Sign in to Convika when Claude asks. On a Team or Enterprise plan, an organization owner adds the connector first under Organization settings → Connectors. In Claude Code, run this command, then run /mcp, pick convika, and sign in:

How do I connect Convika to ChatGPT?

Until Convika is listed in ChatGPT's plugin directory, adding it takes developer mode, which isn't available on every ChatGPT account or workspace. Turn it on under Settings → Security and login → Developer mode, then add a plugin with the server URL https://mcp.convika.com. Sign in to Convika when ChatGPT asks.

How do I connect Convika to Codex?

Run these 2 commands in a terminal. The second one opens the Convika sign-in. Then start Codex and run /mcp to check that convika is connected.

How do I disconnect an AI client?

Remove Convika in the client. In Claude, open Customize → Connectors in settings and disconnect Convika. In ChatGPT, remove the Convika plugin in settings. In Claude Code or Codex, run the matching command below. The client can then no longer read or change your pages. Pages you published stay live, so unpublish them first if you want them offline. To have Convika also revoke a client's access on its side, email support.

How do I delete my pages, form data, or account?

Take a page offline with Unpublish in the dashboard, or ask your AI to unpublish it. Deleting a form in the dashboard also deletes its submissions. Account deletion isn't in the dashboard yet: email tomoya.fujita@fluxenic.com from the address you sign in with and ask for it. As the Privacy Policy explains, account data stays recoverable for 30 days after deletion, then it's removed.
