Contact Convika
Help is by email. The email goes straight to Tomoya Fujita, who builds and runs Convika.
tomoya.fujita@fluxenic.com
Email TomoyaWhen to expect a reply
There is no guaranteed response time. Convika is run from Japan, so replies come during the Japanese working day (JST, UTC+9). While you wait, published pages keep serving, even if the dashboard or the MCP server is down.
What to include
Include these details so the first reply can go straight to a fix:
- The email you sign in to Convika with
- The page's URL or site name, if it is about a page
- Your AI client (Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, or another) and what you asked it
- The exact error message or code, such as site_limit_reached, and when it happened, with your time zone
- A screenshot, if you have one
Never send a password or a full card number. Convika never asks for either by email.
Frequently asked questions
Connect Convika to Claude
Go to Claude's settings, click Customize, and select Connectors. Click +, select Add custom connector, and enter the server URL https://mcp.convika.com. Sign in to Convika when asked. On a Team or Enterprise plan, an organization owner adds it first under Organization settings, then Connectors. For Claude Code, run the command below, type /mcp, pick convika, and sign in:
claude mcp add --transport http convika https://mcp.convika.comConnect Convika to ChatGPT
Until Convika is in ChatGPT's plugin directory, it takes developer mode. Developer mode is not on every account or workspace. Go to Settings, select Security and login, and turn Developer mode on. Add a plugin with the server URL https://mcp.convika.com. Sign in to Convika when asked.
Connect Convika to Codex
Run the 2 commands below in a terminal. The second command opens the Convika sign-in. Start Codex, then run /mcp to check convika is connected.
codex mcp add convika --url https://mcp.convika.comcodex mcp login convikaDisconnect an AI client
Remove Convika in the client. In Claude, go to settings, click Customize, select Connectors, and disconnect Convika. In ChatGPT, remove the Convika plugin in settings. For Claude Code or Codex, run the matching command below. The client then cannot read or change your pages. Published pages stay live. Unpublish them first if you want them offline. To have Convika also revoke the client's access on its side, email support.
claude mcp remove convikacodex mcp remove convikaDelete pages, form data, or the account
Take a page offline with Unpublish in the dashboard, or ask your AI to unpublish it. Deleting a form in the dashboard deletes its entries too. Account deletion is not in the dashboard yet. Email tomoya.fujita@fluxenic.com from the address you sign in with. As the Privacy Policy says, account data stays recoverable for 30 days after deletion, then it is removed.
