Terms of Service

By accessing or using Convika (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at tomoya.fujita@fluxenic.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

Convika provides a platform for creating, publishing, measuring, and improving landing pages through AI clients via the Model Context Protocol (MCP).

Convika is a hosting and management platform. We do not provide AI models themselves — you connect your own MCP-compatible AI client (such as Claude, Claude Code, Codex, etc.).

Convika offers the following plans:

- Free: $0 - Pro: $12/month ($108/year) - MAX: $49/month ($468/year) - Site Pack add-on: $8/month ($80/year) per 10 additional sites

Payment is processed via Stripe using credit card. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. We will notify you at least 30 days before any price changes take effect.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

Monthly subscriptions are not eligible for prorated refunds. Annual subscriptions are generally non-refundable.

You retain ownership of all content you create and publish through the Service ("User Content").

By using the Service, you grant Convika a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, and deliver your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You represent and warrant that your User Content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights or violate any applicable laws.

You agree not to use the Service for:

- Publishing illegal content - Distributing spam, malware, or phishing content - Reverse engineering or attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service - Reselling or redistributing the Service without authorization - Imposing an unreasonable load on the Service infrastructure - Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

The Convika brand, logo, software, and all related intellectual property are owned by Tomoya Fujita. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

This license does not grant you any rights to use Convika's trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.

We reserve the right to modify, add, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before making material changes that adversely affect your use.

In the event of a complete service shutdown, we will provide a reasonable data export period.

The Service is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding uptime, data integrity, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Convika's total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

In no event shall Convika be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
