Netlify
Netlify's free plan is the strongest pure-hosting option for a page with a form. Add data-netlify="true" to your form and Netlify stores submissions, which its docs call “free and unlimited for all credit-based plans.” The catch is the credit budget: the free plan has 300 credits a month, a production deploy costs 15, and when credits run out, “all of your web projects” are paused. Analytics keep only 1 day of history. The Personal plan at $9 a month raises both.
Convika

The form keeps every entry with CSV export, and analytics show visits, traffic sources, devices, button clicks, and how many signups each traffic source produced. Free includes 10 pages, 10,000 pageviews a month, 50 form submissions a month, and 1 custom subdomain, with a small “Powered by Convika” badge. Cloudflare Pages
Cloudflare serves static files free with no request limit and lets you attach up to 100 custom domains per project. Web Analytics is free and privacy-first; turn it on in the project's Metrics tab. There's no built-in form: you'd write a Pages Function or install Cloudflare's static forms plugin and store entries yourself, or use a third-party form service.
GitHub Pages
GitHub Pages is free for public repositories and supports custom domains, but it has no forms or analytics. Its usage policy says it is “not intended for or allowed to be used as a free web-hosting service to run your online business, e-commerce site, or any other website that is primarily directed at either facilitating commercial transactions or providing commercial software as a service (SaaS).” Read that before pointing a product launch at it.
Vercel Hobby
Vercel's free Hobby plan includes custom domains and 50,000 analytics events a month, but its fair use guidelines restrict Hobby to “non-commercial personal use only,” and they count advertising a product or service as commercial. A landing page for something you sell belongs on the $20-a-month Pro plan.
Tiiny Host
Tiiny Host takes a drag-and-drop upload and keeps free pages online as long as you sign in at least every 3 months. The free plan allows 1 project up to 3 MB and 5,000 visits a month, shows a Tiiny Host banner, and has no custom domain, form, or analytics. Analytics start on Tiny ($9 a month), custom domains on Solo ($18), and email capture on Pro ($38).
Carrd
Carrd builds one-page sites in its own editor, so it can't host an HTML file your AI wrote. The free plan gives you 3 sites on .carrd.co addresses with Carrd branding. Its paid tiers are cheap: Pro Standard costs $19 a year and adds forms and a custom domain.
